The player saves your listening position, playback speed, and notes in the current browser. Clearing browser data will delete these records; they do not automatically sync across devices. Account-based generated audio can be accessed on other devices signed in to the same account.
Accounts store your username, contact email if provided, salted password-derived values, sessions, character quotas, generation and subtitle retrieval counts, legacy minute balances and payment records. Passwords and recovery codes are not stored in plaintext. Sessions use functional HttpOnly cookies and are revoked on logout.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account’s unique identifier, email and verification status for sign-in, account identification and preventing repeated claims of trial quotas.
When retrieving English subtitles, the video link is sent to FetchTranscript. Text requiring translation is sent to DeepSeek. Standard speech text is sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech and Premium speech text to Microsoft Azure Speech. Job text, translations, audio and status are stored in Cloudflare D1/R2 and processed by background tasks. Do not submit sensitive information.
English subtitles are cached for 7 days within the current account only, without sharing with other accounts. Manually imported text is excluded from the automatic subtitle cache.
Generation records and audio are isolated by account permissions; a random task link by itself cannot authorize access from other accounts. Audio is retained for 7 days, and expired content is periodically cleaned up in the backend; you can also delete generation results in the player. Payment records and necessary ledgers may be retained to handle payments, refunds, and disputes.
Official payments are processed by Creem. Dubnivo does not receive or store full card details; the payment page handles transaction information in accordance with its privacy policy. Help requests are saved in the account backend to handle the issues you submit.
No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are currently integrated. The site may retrieve the video title and author via YouTube; clicking the original video link will take you to YouTube.
We use identifiers derived from IP addresses to limit request rates for security.
Account and support records are retained while providing the service; payment records are retained as needed for refunds, disputes and applicable law. Contact support@getpodtube.com to request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, except records that must be retained by law.

When you send a support email, we process the email address, message body, and attachments you provide in order to reply and resolve the issue. Emails are transmitted and stored via Cloudflare email forwarding and email service providers.
