Occasional usage or an ongoing plan
A one-time pack supplies fixed characters, generation attempts and subtitle retrievals in the selected quality after payment verification. Standard and Premium packs fund their respective character pools.
For regular monthly generation, compare this product’s monthly and yearly subscriptions. Yearly plans grant quotas monthly, not all at once. Subscription characters roll over one cycle; generation and retrieval counts do not. Canceling renewal keeps paid entitlements until their respective expiry dates.
Estimate output characters and separate counts
The pricing calculator takes total expected output characters, new generation attempts and automatic subtitle retrievals, with Standard or Premium quality selected. The generation form also shows the actual reservation limit before submission; translations can be longer or shorter than their sources.
Characters are Unicode codepoints, including spaces and punctuation. Successful generation settles the actual output. A short new task still uses one generation attempt. Manual imports and valid account-scoped subtitle cache hits use no retrieval allowance.
Pack expiry and audio retention are separate
The catalog below shows each pack’s actual validity period. That is separate from the seven days of online audio retention. Download audio while retained, and use remaining pack entitlements before their own expiry dates.
Replaying existing audio uses no new characters. A different output language or voice creates a new synthesis charged to its pool and attempt allowance. Generation failure returns reserved characters, not attempts. Failed paid subtitle retrievals return retrieval allowances; trial attempts are not returned once dispatched.
Check purchase readiness and confirmed balances
Use pricing to estimate usage and check purchase availability. Packs are fixed catalog products, not an arbitrary-amount top-up. Checkout determines the amount and taxes; confirm payment using your account’s actual quotas and expiry dates.
Packs are not sold at the speech provider’s cost price. Refunds and disputes follow the public policy. Refunded entitlements already consumed can affect future generation; contact support for review.
